Chris is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and tailored IT solutions to meet his clients' specific needs.

As an expert in managed services, Chris believes that they are an essential component of modern business operations. He works closely with his clients to develop IT strategies that align with their business objectives, and ensure that their IT infrastructure is secure, reliable, and up-to-date. Meet Amanda 

People Development  Director

Amanda has been an International Human Resources Professional; consultant; coach, and facilitator for over thirty years. She has worked across Private, Public and Voluntary Sectors with a strong emphasis on service delivery.  

Driven by achieving business objectives, her focus has been on supporting leaders to achieve results through their people with a particular emphasis on facilitating change management initiatives supporting both cultural and organisational change.   She has a keen interest in attracting, retaining and developing talent. She is an experienced leadership facilitator, and her passion is executive coaching and mentoring for individuals with emerging potential; developing leaders; and individuals interested in career transition. As a coach, Amanda has a reputation for being both supportive and challenging.

As a coach supervisor, she takes an integrative and relational approach to supervision drawing on different psychological theories working in partnership with her supervisees, for the benefit of them, their clients and, where appropriate, the organisations within which their clients work. 

Prior to setting up her own Consultancy Business in 2003, Amanda worked primarily in large, multi-national service corporations. She has provided HR and organisational development support through both interim and mainstream consultancy and coaching.

Amanda is a Fellow of both the CIPD and the Institute of Leadership and Management. She holds Post-Graduate and Masters degrees in HR Management as well as the US Designation of Senior Professional in HR. She is an Accredited Executive Coach (Co-founder of Wales Coaching Community; chair of All Wales Coaching Alliance (AWCA)); Workplace Mediator; certified in Hogan Assessments; and a Coach Supervisor (in development).  She has worked Internationally and extensively in the UK; Europe and the US.
